LARRY FUNK
November 6th, 1948 - April 25th, 2025
Larry Stephen Funk, age 76, of Riverside, California, passed away on April 25, 2025.
Larry was born on November 6, 1948, in Hemet, California to the parents of Harold and Maggie (Searcy) Funk. He is survived my his beloved wife, Margaret; his son Matthew (Dawn); his daughter Amy Dalilis; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Funk; grandsons Stephen Funk, Joseph Dalilis, Anthony Dalilis; his sister Merilyce Denes (Fred); and many nieces, nephews, and in laws.
After high school, Larry joined the Navy for six years and then started work in Riverside at Globe TV. Following that he worked for Hewlett Packard as a computer technician for 30 years before retiring. He was a man with a great sense of humor and a devoted love for his family. He enjoyed watching movies and comedy and had an extensive collection of videos. He also enjoyed working in his yard building ponds and completing projects around the house. His family will remember him for his many Dad jokes and sweet disposition.
His celebration of life will be on Thursday, June 26th, 2025 starting at 1 PM at his home located at 16915 Moonbeam Dr. Riverside, CA 92503.

Larry was so special to us. He was family and will be missed every day. He was such a proud papa and talked about his grandchildren every time we saw him. He was crazy about his kid too! Amy made him crack up laughing! But his Margaret was his everything! They were the perfect role models for a loving, fun and special marriage. We will love ❤️ him and miss him always

Larry was a kind and loving man. We shared many fun evenings, dinners, and holidays together. He always made everyone laugh. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
